What is the 30-day return guarantee?

This is a policy our company employs to provide you with confidence in the quality of our products. For instance, you can order and try out an ice bath, and return it within 30 days if it doesn't meet your expectations. We take each return case seriously and have a dedicated team to assess and confirm whether your case is eligible for a return.

Who is eligible for a return?

This offer is available to all our customers in the USA, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been damaged or used.
  • The original packaging is intact.
  • The product was purchased solely from our store (requests for products bought from third-party sellers will not be considered).

Return Process

  1. Please contact us via email at support@ or call us at + no later than 30 days after receiving the product. You will need to provide the order number, type and quantity of items, as well as the reason for the return.
  2. Our manager will provide you with a return authorization number.
  3. Send the product back to us in its original packaging, and include the return authorization number provided by our customer support team.
  4. To ensure the product is not damaged during transportation, please ensure it is securely packaged. In cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, the store will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for covering the cost.
  5. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will assess whether you are eligible for a return (as per the above subheading).
  6. If the request meets the return policy criteria, we will refund the amount to the payment method used for the initial purchase.
  7. If the request does not meet the return policy criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund. In such cases, we will contact you personally to discuss alternative options.

Refund Amount

  1. If the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will reimburse the full amount of the initial purchase (excluding shipping costs, discounts, and promotions in effect at the time of purchase) as well as the cost of return shipping.
  2. In other cases, we reserve the right to refund only the cost of the product as listed on the website at the time of purchase.

Important! We are not responsible for how transportation companies handle packages. If scratches or other minor defects appear on the product due to this, but its functionality is preserved, we are prepared to compensate for cosmetic damages at a rate of 5% (of the total cost).

What is not eligible for return?

    1. Items that have been damaged during use.
    2. Items sent without their original packaging.
    3. Digital goods or gift certificates.
    4. Perishable products.
    5. Custom-made non-standard items.
    6. Explosive materials.
    7. Intimate items.
